- Initial analysis and review of credentialing information
- Assistance in panel selection
- Creation, completion and submission of application to insurance carrier and/or credentialing entity
- Data entry of paper applications if required
- Frequent follow up with insurance carrier and/or credentialing entity for status of application and then related status report to clinician
- Notification to Clinician of result of credentialing application
- Completion (or Maintenance of) CAQH Profile if requested
